Well where to start.. We are new to the area and wanted to try this place. First the waitress was pushy and obviously irritated with us not knowing what we wanted after having 3 minutes to look at the menu. Then I ordered a burger well done it came out between medium and medium rare.. not impressed waitress' s reaction... well I put it in as med well so that's what it is, we tried to explain that it shouldn't have pink or the "red" juices on the plate then. Other people with us were disappointed in portion size to what the price was. Portions were same size as the kids meals... I had to ask another waitress if I could talk to a manager at that point our waitress walked over very rudely asked if I wanted the burger taken off if the manager will approve it I said yes. She then reaches over the table grabs my plate abd says then i am taking this... had to laugh because I had no intentions of eating it or taking to go... The manager didn't come over right away and when she first came up she said I hear your not happy with the burger, we explained again it's way under cooked for what I ordered she did take it off the bill. No way will we ever go back or recommend it to anyone. Our bill ( 2 adults 1 child who's meal was free which was their Sunday special) after the burger was taken off was still 30.70 we had water our daughter had lemonade and we all left hungry... so disappointed.
