This place once was very nice, clean & well organized, with good quality items & clothing. After expanding the store, things changed drastically.

Clothing items are of very poor quality, items are junky, piled in heaps on top of one another & look like they came out of a garbage can.

Even the books look terrible, not neatly stacked so that the titles could be read. The book area was made smaller & is now crammed together.

Maybe the owners think that the people of Portage County will stoop to such a presentation of goods & think they are finding the mother lode? I think not!!

Don't waste your time here.

Awkward parking lots in front and back, recently expanded store but same hap- hazard displays. The clothes are organized but all the other merchandise is thrown on shelves, never folded or organized. Things fall off shelves routinely. Items are lost if a consignor wants to retrieve their own stuff for any reason. The clerks at night don't really know how to operate the credit card machines or check writer. I've heard of items being labeled as sold to other consignor numbers instead of the rightful owner. The prices are very close to retail so I would buy new instead of this store.
