DO NOT GO HERE!!! Took my car there for a routine oil change; they drained the oil and then couldn't open the hood. Damaged my hood, grill, broke the cable/latch--my vehicle had to be towed to a nearby dealership for considerable repairs. Spent the entire afternoon there--didn't care that I had no lunch, spent all afternoon there (missed work--loss of income) and now I have to return to the car dealership to have more parts installed (that they damaged). I would like to give them a no star rating, but I have to, unfortunately, give them something.

My wife had her oil changed here this summer and when see got home i noticed an oil spot on the garage floor. I crawled under to notice oil dripping from the front end of the vehicle. I took it back and talked to the manager who crawled under the car. He came up and said that he got an extra quarter turn on the drain plug, but it was the main seal that was causing the drip. First, off, did he think i was an idiot for believing him that "all of a sudden" the seal started leaking so bad it started dripping?? So i questioned him and he made up some story about how bad the seal looked and blah blah blah. He quickly blasted it with two shots from the hose to "clean it up" and said that it was nothing they did. So since the car was 12 years old, plus i busy summer of getting married, we just parked it over cardboard and monitored the oil level. She just got her oil changed at a different place today and they gave the drain plug to her to give to me. From the last oil change, HERE at Pennzoil on Church St, they over tightened, cross threaded, and stripped the old plug. Since the last time i added oil(about a month ago) she was down 2 quarts today. That doesn't include the 1 quart i added at the end of summer!!! This place is a joke. Man up to your mistake.
