Stevens Point Parks and Recreation Department maintains more than 375 acres of developed and undeveloped park land. Located in Stevens Point, Wis., it offers a wide variety of programs and recreational activities. The department provides maintenance services for various sports facilities, including softball and baseball fields, basketball courts, volleyball fields and beaches. It also offers rental lodging facilities. The department provides rental services for a variety of events, including parties, musical performances, picnics and other celebrations. Additionally, it provides a variety of summer programs, such as tennis lessons, sport camps, preschool recreation, tennis leagues and theater. Stevens Point Parks and Recreation Department is a member of the Wisconsin Park and Recreation Association.
