I found the salon to be extremely friendly and clean. I love my hair ! Have had so many compliments! Jenni is an amazing stylist !

I went in yesterday to get a hair cut and some highlights. When I walked in the receptionist was on her cell phone so I sat down in the waiting area. She gets up walking right passed me to the back and didn't return. The stylist that were there would look at me then looks passed me not saying a word. No one acknowledged that I was there. I must have sat there for a full ten minutes waiting for someone to ask if they could help me and no one ever did. They were not busy at all. As a matter of fact there were two stylist doing each other's hair! I think there was one actual customer in the salon who was get a manicure.



I eventually left because I began to feel like I was intruding! I'll never go back to this salon. They aren't really that great...most of the stylist are rude with NO talent. I was only there to get a trim and some highlights , not hard stuff to do so I just went down the road to another salon. THEY were happy to see a customer!!!

I agree that they are always about 20 minutes behind, yet they have never misscheduled me, always giving courtesy call the day before the appt to remind. They are very friendly, energetic, reasonably priced for a quality salon and give cutting edge fashionable haircuts. My hairstylist is Jenny and my sister absolutely adores Gina.

I love the hair stylists and the facial/waxing lady but they're always running about 20 minutes late. Everytime I go in I end up waiting for 20-30 minutes, especially for Trisha. They need to set more time for each appointment!

They make repeated mistakes taking appointments. I can never count on them to record my requested appointment day or time correctly.
