I have to say this Mc Donald's is not keep to customer satisfaction . I have been there in the afternoon and evening and have talk to the manager regarding the playland being very hot . The air conditioning was off and it's very unsafe for out children health . Had to remind them severely times up to an hour . No one should ever have to be told severely times . The bathroom is always very messy with toilet paper and etc in the women restroom . I just think they need to recognize what is customer service means . The sad thing is when I mention it to the assistant manager . She was very rude and seen her rude to her new trainers in training . Yelling at them for no reason at all . We as adults show respect to our young adults so they to can show respect to others in this world . I hope and pray there will be some changes at this Mc Donald's .
