I used this company for a while. The desk card processors worked fine. The card readers we were sold for our phones never did work on our phones, any of them. We were told they were not compatible to the phone we were using. No matter what phone it was. We were not locked into a contract. When we did switch to a different provider that had equipment that worked, they charged us a $299 early termination fee and a monthly fee that was not within the terms of our agreement.
