We have been living at a place in stevenson for a Lil over a year now. We made the mistake of signing a 6 month lease on March 25th, and trusted them to change the date from January to March, and they didn't. Now my entire family, a 10 month old girl, 3 yr old boy, and my husband and I have to be out July 31st instead of September 30th. Now because of this back handed management we haven't saved up money to move and will most likely be homeless. And want to know what John L Scott says about this? To bad you shouldn't of signed the lease! Do not use this company to manage or sell your home! Use windermere, they are honest and caring. John L Scott is anything but. And just watch, now to retaliate they will go rate my business poorly, or will keep all of my deposit. Because that is the type of company this is.
