We visited this farm yesterday, 12/10/10. There were no cut trees to choose from - each person was given a saw to cut down their own. If their helper is there, he will cut it down for you. The average price seemed to be around $38 for a 5 foot tree.

The driveway is pure ice. I fell - hurt my knees and since no one came to give me a hand I crawled to the nearest car to get back on my feet.
