We worked with Jeanne Hass at Coldwell Banker in Stevensville and had a great experience. We were looking to buy, and had some specific goals for our new house, that we intend to be our retirement house. We were not feeling heavy time pressure, because retirement was still a couple years away when we started working with Jeanne. She was very patient with us, and showed us a lot of very nice homes. Both my wife and I liked them, but each time we were looking for something more. Jeanne kept looking for something that would meet our hopes, and while we were both overseas, she found it. Two days after it was listed, she was in touch with us while we were overseas to let us know about a house that had come on the market. Indeed, it was what we wanted, and we wound up closing on it this past June. Jeanne helped us through the purchase process, including reassuring us about the paperwork during the mortgage application. She was absolutely first rate in every respect. Both my wife and I would strongly recommend her to friends, family members, or others. Jeanne was great!
