Paul Heaps and his client were unable to produce clear title and survey due to an encroachment. He attempted to push our daughter, a 25 year old Whirlpool employee into making the purchase of a defective property I would advise all St. Joseph property owners to do their due diligence before entering into any contract with the Heaps team. It was a very negative experience for a Whirlpool employee and first time home buyer.
