Have been with them for 2 months. It took two weeks to get a can they told us to leave the trash in our yard. After finally receiving a container they failed to dump the first two weeks. After several calls they finally sent someone out to empty the can. They pick up about 50% of the time. I will dump them as soon as my 3 mo. contract is up. Customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Wish I had read their reviews first.

Worst company ever.

UN-reliable is what they should be called.

No contact number to call. The number they have listed goes to an answering machine in French. I pay my bills on time and get late notices and fees. I have the cancelled check showing when the bill was paid so I didn't pay the late fee ($25) and a week later they tacked on another $25 and threatened collections. Since I have no contact number to call I have to go down to the office and their hours are somewhere around 10-3 with a two hour or so lunch break. They are not there when the hours are posted and bpnever there on Fridays. People are rude when you do get to talk to someone.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY!

I have been going around and around with them for almost a year trying to get this sorted out, never talk to the same person and they act like they have no idea what is going on. Can't switch companies because they are the only ones in the area.

I've had this service for 4 weeks now, during which time my trash has been picked up exactly once, despite repeated phone calls and the purported entry of numerous work orders. One week they even took away the garbage can for no apparent reason, yet left the garbage. Each time I call, I'm treated as rudely as the previous time I called. All I want is my trash removed. Isn't that a reasonable expectation for a trash removal service? Cannot cancel this fast enough.

I made a mistake and over looked paying my bill and it was late. It happens to people from time to time not their fault but mine... However, I've never had the problem before. So they didn't pick my trash cans up and I pay for two of them. When they didn't pick them up I knew there was a problem. I called and paid my bill immediately and they refused to help me out by coming back to the house. I've used other companies at previous homes and if I got skipped for any reason they would always come back whether it was my fault or theirs. I have to use the company per my city. If it weren't for that I would not use them. They weren't at all understanding and they were short and rude with me.
Not to mention they're not the most affordable company out there either.

Im forced to use this company by my town. They have changed there policy on big items. They used to pick up one big item on the first pickup of the month. Now you have to call and schedule them to pickup your big item. No big deal but it seems like they should notify u b4 policy changes. Also I think its dangerous to talk on your phone while driving a car but to see a man driving a huge trash truck with a cell phone stuck to his ear is scary. These are residential streets where children play and walk to school.

Will only dump one trash can without an extra fee. RIDICULOUS!

This is by far the worst trash company I have ever dealt with. Even though my bill has been paid they have not picked up three times in less then a year. When I call I always get a rude rep. When they finally figure out the issue I'm told that I'll have to wait until the following week for pick up. I have no idea why they recieve three stars in the review area.

Late in pickups and sometimes leaves trash in container after pickup.
