Waiting over an hour on the 800 line to speak to a rep. Our bill is never the same and I am charged more than my next door neighbor. Will not pick up anything outside of their can and will not recycle in my area. The trash pick up person is friendly enough, the company is not. I am looking for another service in my area, I will cancel with Republic as soon as possible.

Trash is not glamorous, but the folks at Republic are great. Our home service is always on time and if they have a change in schedule, they let us know. I use their dumping facilities for my business and the ladies there are friendly and helpful. Thanks for your great service.

Absolutely horrendous service. The worst, by far, that we have ever experienced. Hilariously poor. Republic often did not pick up our garbage, so we canceled service. Upon canceling, they sent us a bill for over $140 to remove their cans. Their commitment to collecting this fee far exceeds their commitment to collecting trash. What a breathtakingly bad experience. Do not use them.
