Asked for processing of two deer. Already had meat boned out and meat for steaks separated from meat for burger. Asked him to contact me via cell when the processing was finished. He never did contact me, I contacted him and when I did, he informed me the meat was done the day before. When I arrived, the steaks were in one container and he had vacuum sealed and frozen the burger/stew meat. It wasn't until I arrived back home that I realized he had just taken everything that wasn't steak meat, filled large bags and froze it. None of it had been cleaned up...hair was still on it...fat, sinew and blood still on it, yet he had charged me .65 per lb for processing all of it. Only 25% of the total meat weight had actually been processed. When I contacted him and asked for a refund on the portion that had NOT been processed I received no response from him. This guy is a crook...take your game somewhere else for processing.
