Nice shop. Had to drive there today (40-60 minute roundtrip) to return a sweatshirt that I ordered for my daughter through her school. It was a bit overpriced and had a $9.50 shipping, but we thought it would be nice for her with her name embroidered. It arrived without the name and was huge! The other student washed hers and the ink came off. The contact person said we could return it, but apparently he doesn't work there anymore so ...no return. They did however refund the cost of the missing embroidery without any adjustment to the tax or shipping. Bummer for us. Lesson learned. One less customer for Heritage Embroidery.... until I tell everyone I know. I'll be the parent helper to research other embroidery businesses when they order again this year.
