Bad time but great service

I just needed an oil change. They were very fast and kept me updated with texts and calls. They sent me a personalized link to show me a list of everything requiring action on my vehicle as well as pictures of the specific issues on my car. They were very friendly and helpful!

I have been a long time customer of Rick's under both the original owner and the current owner. Lately I've been doing most of my own work so I haven't used them for a time. Recently I needed an alignment and checked out local options for this service. I was really surprised to see the poor reviews for Ricks. Because of my prior good experience I decided to give them a try. I was able to get a convenient appointment and they completed the work as promised. The price seemed fair (about $80) for my AWD Dodge Magnum. As far as I can tell the work was good and a former slight pull to the left was gone. They did suggest I keep an eye on the struts (due to the car's mileage) but weren't at all pushy about it. This is about all I expect in a repair shop.

Just went to Rick's for the first time and was very impressed. You can tell customer service is more than just lip service here: They live it. Friendly people, clean well-stocked lobby, thorough checkups, clear and helpful information, a pleasant outdoor patio in addition to the indoor reception area, and flowers for women on Ladies Day! These guys nailed it.

Ricks has taken great care of my vehicles for years. They have excellent customer service and they are committed to excellence.

I went to Ricks for a basic alignment service. I showed up with no appointment and they got me right in. The staff was very personable and explained everything to me. I had forgotten my coupon, but they still honored the discount. Even without the coupon, I thought the price for the alignment was fair. My car has been running smooth ever since.

Great service at Rick's. I drive an older car with high miles and was expecting lots things that needed to be fixed. All it needed was a battery. Thanks for the honest service!

Great place to go for service. I have been coming here for years. They tell you upfront what the price will be and will call if there is additional work that needs to be done.

They misdiagnosed the problem and charged me $800. They even admitted their mistake and finally found the problem but in the end I was charged $900 for a $300 problem.

This seems to be how they do business because I've now seen many reviews on Google + and Yelp stating the exact tactics.

Stay far away from this place.

Have always been very satisfied with quality of work and the customer service is probably the best I have experienced anywhere. They are all so polite and take the time to explain things. Not pushy like I've experienced with other repair shops.
