WORST DRY CLEANERS EVER. I dropped my shirt off on a Friday night. I was told it would be ready on the next Wednesday. I was given a claim ticket. When I came back for my shirt no one could find it. My ticket had been voided in their system. They had my name mixed up with a different customer of the same name. I had "managers" promise to call me on two occasions to update me on the search for my $130 Tommy Bahama shirt that they lost. No calls were received. I have had nothing but a runaround from the beginning. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS CLEANER!!!!

Highly disappointed in the poor customer service I received in bridal restoration. I was promised my dress per me receipt on September 28. I just got my dress today October 23. I requested when I dropped my dress off on August 20th to view it before it was placed in the box. I never received a call to view the dress so in September I called and they said it has been ready to view. The lady at that time said it should be ready within a week, I again received no call and called the Stillwater location Yesterday, October 23. They said it had been ready since October 10 (promised to me Sept 28). I went to Stillwater and my dress was not there it was in Woodbury. Went to Woodbury, discussed my experience with them, talked to someone over the phone about my experience said they couldn't do anything and that they had tried calling me even though it was a blatant lie as I use my phone and voicemail on a daily basis for work and have no issues. I am highly disappointed in the lack of customer service when I spent $350. I understand things happen but when they deny that anything happened even though there is proof, it is highly disappointing. I was hoping to use their business in the future for dry cleaning but after the way I was treated I will not be using or recommending this business.
