It is nice to have a business that stands behind their work. I am overly picky, I brought my newer car in for minor ding repair. The paint had a minor defect after the repair, but they took it back and repainted it. Later, I found my car window did not work, they took it back again and fixed that. Guaranteed satisfaction for life. Ideally, it would be nice if it were perfect the first time, but it is nice to know that when or if trouble strikes again you can trust they will stand behind their work.

We dropped our car off before 12 and they said they could take a look at it sometime the same afternoon. Never heard from them, called at 4:30 and he said again that they'd either fix it or look at it before they closed at 6. He calls at 5:50 to say they haven't even started the car or touched it. Absolutely unprofessional as we were waiting on having a car since 12. Be straight forward with your customers and don't stretch out your promises. Completely disappointed and will never recommend this location.
