I'm giving them a 1 star because the tattoo my wife got was nice but it was hard to make the appointment with Eli. He moved her appointment back two hours before so she had to reschedule for another day. Now when she went in to get it done he made her wait over an hour to start the tattoo because he was working on someone else. The tattoo was already half done by him from before so my wife wanted him to finish it. It took him 3 and a half hours to finish the tattoo when it was not that large or complicated of a tattoo. Her appointment was at 5 it took till 9:30, everything said and one was 4 and a half hours. It makes me glad that I trusted my time to someone else. My wife will not be going back there because of this treatment I hope you do not make the same mistake.

AWESOME customer service! Had a Tatt done there MANY years ago and it has never faded and still looks FABULOUS! Just recently had a Body Piercing done there, and was treated so nice, and sooooo painless that we have a GROUP of us going back to get more done just this week! Thanks Tatts By Zapp for helping us make great memories!!!!
