We came home after a long weekend away only to find out that our refrigerator had quit working. The frozen food was starting to thaw and I was in a panic as what to do. My neighbor told me to call Watsonâs as she has used them to fix her appliances with great results.Let me tell you, what great people Watsonâs are. Everything from the phone call, to the serviceman that came out, to my working refrigerator. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are the GREATEST!

First time I have used them and I had a very pleasant experience. Jordan was very knowledgeable and found the solution to my refrigerator's problem quickly. I highly recommend Watson Appliance.

I called Watson Appliance when my refrigerator stopped working. I was so worried because I didnât want all my food to spoil but these guys came within an hour of me calling. The repairman (Jordan) figured out the problem quickly and had the part necessary to fix my fridge in his truck. I was really pleased with the service and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

I'm disappointed in Watsons. They sent someone out to fix my dishwasher and he didn't come prepared nor did he know how to fix it. He told me he needed to order a part and come back. He came back and broke something else on my dishwasher and now it's worse off than before the first two service calls.

Our oven stopped working the day before Thanksgiving. We called around, and could not get service for several days, we called Watsonâs and they came right over and saved our day. They are the best company with the most professional service you can find. I'm so happy we finally found a family owned company we can trust. They treat you like a person and not a service ticket.

So far, I have been highly dissappointed. I am still doing service with them now. The repair person that came, forgot a bunch of his tools. Are you kidding? He had to borrow my flashlight. Then additionally, he had no parts to fix my washing machine. I have been waiting over a week while they are "ordering" parts. However, it only took them 8 hours to process my service fee of $90. I'll keep you updated on the end result of this so far, disaster.

I went downstairs to my freezer only to find out it was not cooling properly so I immediately transferred everything to my freezer upstairs. Being a single woman and not having a man to turn to I got onto the internet to find someone to come out and repair my freezer. The first place I called said they could not come until two days later, the second place I called told me one week before they could get to me. Then I found Watson’s and gave them a call, they came out later that day. The gentleman explained everything to me, fixed the problem and I believe what they charged me was reasonable. I am very pleased with their service and will keep their name and number on hand for the future.

I came home one day only to find that my dishwasher had flooded my kitchen. I didn’t know where to turn. My sister suggested that I give Watson’s Appliance a call. They came out the same day, replaced a part and my problems solved. Great customer service, I would recommend them to everyone. First class all the way.

my dishwasher started making a really loud humming noise and had a burning odor coming from it. i called watsons appliance and the very friendly women that presented herself as kelly, discussed all the different possiblities that i could be having with my dishwasher. i was able to schedule service and their technician Brent can to my home. he was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. he explained to me what was going on, replaced the part, and even went the extra mile as to explain what i could do myself as preventative maintenence to assure that this problem very well may not happen in the future. i dont believe i could ask for from an appliance repair company. i will definitely be using them for all my appliance needs in the future as well as refer them to friends and family. thank you very much watsons appliance!

When my refrigerator stopped cooling I went into a panic mode and frantically searched for a company that would come out to fix it. I found Watson’s and gave them a call. I explained that I had just recently gone grocery shopping and had a refrigerator full of food and it stopped cooling. They were very sympathetic and I soon had someone at my home to save the day. This company is so friendly and kind and I truly believe what they charged me was very reasonable. I will always call Watson’s when I need an appliance repaired. I know I can count on them.

I have had different people in my home from plumbers to furniture delivery and have never been treated so nice in my whole life. The service technician was so knowledgeable and polite plus he treated me like a real person. I can not say enough in words to express my appreciation. I will always call Watson for all my appliance needs.

Provided by YP.comi have entered in the state fair for the last 20 yrs, this year with the deadline coming for the fair two burners on my stove quick working which left me in a bind. i called watsons as i have in the past, explaineed my situation, and the urgency to get this repaired as quick as possible. the company asked for my model and serial number to my stove so they could research my aplliance and come to my house with the proper part that may be needed. the technician came to my house the following day and replaced a burner and a burner switch. not only did they fix my stove in time but they also help to contributed to another BLIUE RIBBON year! thank again watsons!

i ordered a drier belt and was told two weeks, 5 weeks later they said they did not yet have an eta date, i went in the net, and got a belt right away, called them and cacelled order, they said they would put my money back on the card, two weeks later i called and said wheres my money, thier responce was, belts here, you have two belts, we are not refunding your money. when i got angrydebbie said she would talk to owner, a week later, not hearing from them, i calle again, they said no your stuck, never got a call telling bent was in, never got a call re: refund, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Provided by YP.comI had very good experience with using this company. The technician arrived on time to fix my stove. He was curtious and professional. I was particularly impressed that he was careful to protect my hard wood floors and layed down a mat so that the floor wouldn't scratch when the stove was moved. Additionally, I told him about a problem I had with my dryer and he said it only needed a simple part. He called to the shop and confirmed the part was in stock. He said it would save me money to replace it as it was a simple DIY fix. I am happy to have found a company that wasn't so hard pressed to charge me for another technician visit to make an extra buck. Unlike the previous reviewer, my experience was good and I'd recommend it to others.
