Tim Hayes has been in the asphalt paving industry for over 20 years. He helped start the original Hayes Paving Company in 1997 but was helping family members after school and on weekends as far back as 1994. In 2003 Tim had decided he wanted to learn more about the paving and excavation business and left the family owned company which eventually went out of business. After working for several large and small paving/excavation companies here in the capital district Tim made the decision the start his own venture TS Hayes Paving, LLC.
