We have only lived here nine months, and will not be continuing to do so. Between our vehicles being broken into resulting in the loss of over $800 worth of equipment, the fact that in nine months almost no repairs we've requested have even been started , and that the management of these facilities is denying us the chance to renew our lease as the owners daughter apparently takes precedent over current tenants.

On the plus side, they did offer to rent us a unit exactly like ours for only $100-$300 more per month.

I would not recommend living here if you have any other options at all. From what I've experienced, this place isn't too far from becoming Stillwater's next 40 North.

Not a bad townhome at all for the price. Plenty of SF. However, if something breaks during your rental period, good luck getting it fixed. I've been moved in 4 months and have yet to have any repairs performed that were wrong upon move in. Every time I ask its always "you're on the list". Worthless management that appears heavily understaffed, but more likely just lazy after watching one of the grounds crew weedeat the same set of steps for 30 minutes. If you do move in, hope that nothing breaks (it will though).
