I badly needed a replacement pair of glasses.My prescription had just barely expired by a few days. They honored my prescription and helped me out. This place is so much more professional and sincere than when it was eyeglasses for less. Highly recommend.

Our dog loves to chew on plastic frames it seems. Luckily the dog spared the lenses. I could not afford a brand new pair ! Besides my frame was no longer being made.
The optician on duty looked over the stock frames on hand. Much to my surprise she found one that my lenses fit in almost perfectly. I was in a real pickle but they rescued me that day and the frames were on sale because new styles were coming out

I have vision insurance. While they couldn't bill it directly for me, they gave me the form to send to my insurance so I could just get reimbursed by the insurance. The process was easy and I still saved a lot of money.

You are greeted at the door and we appreciate every customer we have expaned to sooner care and would like kids to be able to get great frames just as anyone else. I went to get my glasses repaired and to get a new pair for my boyfriend. They couldn't do the repair and when I asked the woman to pull my boyfriends file so we could order the frame he likes, the file was gone, no where to be found and she was so rude about it, no apologies.

I am actually pleasantly surprised. I read the reviews several months ago so I took my prescription in to eye art express in OKC where I ended up being very disappointed. Long story short I came in to eyeglasses for less because my glasses broke and needed to see if they could fix them. They were unable to repair old glasses so I looked at new frames to get another pair. Although the lady working definitely needed lessons in improving her first impression for customers, I continued out of desperation since I needed glasses to see. I ordered the glasses that I wanted and although they hadve no line bifocals and tinted lenses, they were done the next day! I did have to go back the next day for adjustment but have been very pleased.

The first time I walked into this place the lady was kinda snotty. The second time I went she was more decent. However she told me my lenses would be in the next day. Didn't receive a call. I waited a few days and still didn't get a call so I decided to go in my self and they were just sitting there ready. I got home, took my contacts out, put the the glasses on and they made feel dizzy and made the walls look distorted kinda like they were rounded and patruding out. Luckily it only cost me $40, but it shows why that place is called what it's called.

I have to agree with the first review. I had them make me 2 pairs of glasses. One pair they got wrong and turned me away because they said one pair was glass and the other pair was plastic, saying that was why I could not see out of them. 2 years later I returned and they tried to blame me again for the problem. Then upon closer inspection of the glasses found they were both plastic and they complained that I needed to bring them in sooner than 2 years. So, I threatened to use the BBB, Better Business Bureau. My mom had passed and I had no money for back up lenses. I'm hoping they are correct when I go pick them up on Monday.

You will be sorry, if you have them make your glasses. If they don't fit, feel, or look right - too bad they got your money anyway
