Provided by YP.comCowboy Net has allowed us to have excellent hi-speed rural internet service over the last 14 years. (We started out with them on dial-up and then switched to hi-speed wireless when it became available.
We appreciate their integrity and caring attitude to make certain our service is functioning at its best. Their services continue to improve each year!

Provided by YP.comI have been with this so called high speed internet service for almost a year. My internet speed during the day is passable. Every night I drop down to anywhere from .08 Mbps to 1.5Mbps. I am supposed to be getting 5 Mbps download and 4Mbps upload. I have called dozens of times to complain and have gone by the office more than that because they never return your calls anyway. They have sent a tech out a couple of times,(I use the term tech very loosely), but they have done nothing. I don't think anyone at this company can even spell internet. They are not professional, and care nothing about their customers. They are good at putting you off and coming up with a new excuse every time you complain. They should be put out of business and if there was a way I could make that happen I would. This company is worthless. If you sign up with them, don't say you weren't warned.

Provided by YPmobileCowboy net. First and foremost: You SUCK! Anyone who is considering using this internet service provider should not do so. I have used this provider for four months, I have received the WORST internet service. I don't understand why they brand themselves as a "high-speed" internet provider because the service is horrid. I legitimately cannot load videos on my phone or do homework in a timely manner. My "high-speed" internet goes down about once every two weeks. Everytime I have called your office I have relieved 0 help considering I have to leave a message every time I want to communicate. You guys do not reply for at least 24 hours and the "internet repair" guys that come out, have next to no clue how to do anything besides unplug it, wait 20 seconds, and plug it back in. I am a college student and am VERY unsatisfied with my "HIGH-SPEED" internet service. Again... Steer clear of this provider!!

Provided by YP.comThey have a contract that says you have to request to terminate the service a month before you signed up or it will automatically be renewed for another year for their radio service. They do not inform you that your termination date is approaching. There service has been up more than down, but If calling after 6pm during the week you get voice mail and it will probably be the next day before it is resolved. The base throughput on the radio service I have through them is too slow for VPN, or video streaming. It is too slow to be considered "High Speed." Check their pricing too depending on your area they may charge more.
