I can't say enough about the folks at PalmerMarler funeral. As a nursing home administrator, I have seen how many different funeral directors treat and communicate with families. I have watched the level of respect that they use in handling deceased patients and their families. The is something uniquely different about their staff. No matter what time of day or night they come to our facility, they are ALWAYS compassionate and respectful. They never act like they are to busy to be there or like they are dealing with a "body." They take time to speak comforting words to the patients family. They ALWAYS arrive with at least 2 staff members and the generally are dressed very nice and treat the other patients they encounter in our hallways as people as well. They are very kind to our employees. They are just different and let me tell you DIFFERENT IS GOOD. When they leave our facility, I can smile knowing that my patient that I spent so much time caring for will be in their caring hands.
