I purchased 2 queen mattress sets. One queen frame. 2 queen headboards i sofa 1 loveseat and 1 recliner.
1 mattress was fine but the other is near impossible to sleep on and although one online site for Marquis saud 100 day return policy the manager said they cannot exchange. I purchased a 79 dollar top to go over mattress and still experience a very uncomfortable sleep experience. The sofa has 2 minor issues and they are replacing with new one. I read reviews on my mattress and most were not in favor of their experiences either. They told me to contact the manufacturer. I have not done that yet because i was optomistic that they would work with me and with all the unsatisfied cinsumers what is the odds to them helpung me. I am very disappointed since the online said 100 day return policy
I cobtacted them via email and now cannot find the site which said 100 day return. A bit controversial in my opinion.
