We’ve had this trash service for 3 years and never had a problem with the late pick ups, until they raised our monthly fees by $30. We decided that for a third of the cost, it would be best for us to switch trash services. We called in August, and we were told our contract ends in November. No problem, we’ll continue to pay until November. So in mid-November, we call to cancel. We were told we have to send a certified letter to cancel services. We send a certified letter. A few days later we receive a call that the letter had to be sent 60 days before the end of our contract... NO MENTION of that in August when we called. We are still in contact trying to resolve this issue, but so far they are very slow to get back to us to resolve this. Do not use this trash service! Hiking prices up in addition to declined service quality and not being able to cancel is just bad business.
