I renewed by vehicle registration online, which was to be fulfilled and mailed by the Stillwater Tag Agency by the next business day. Six days later, still nothing in the mail. When I called and spoke to the owner of the Stillwater Tag Agency (Adam H.), he very rudely told me that:



(1) He's not responsible if things get lost in the mail;

(2) If I want a replacement, I will have to wait 20 days or pay a $12 fee;

(3) If I can't wait 20 days, I shouldn't have renewed online.

(4) If I don't like these policies, I need to contact the OK Tax Commission, not him.



I renewed online because there are always enormously long lines at the Stillwater Tag Agency. But, lesson learned. Next time, I will drive to a different tag agency (e.g., Perkins), perhaps one with an owner that's not so rude.
