I have used this business for BOTH heating and cooling. A couple of summers ago, my husband was in Canada and I drove home from a weekend in Arkansas to a 96 degree house. This is the ONLY business whom would even come out on a Sunday night. It ended up being a pretty inexpensive fix at $121 bucks or so. The next winter, we smelled smoke in our home and it was the heating system. Of course it was like 5 degrees that night. The next day, Stephen showed us the fried, charred circuit board snd explained that it could be that parts could fix the problem or a whole new system may be needed. Thankfully it was a $600 fix as opposed to buying and installing a new unit. Very quick, personable and reliable service in both of my situations.

Do NOT use Comfort Crew. Initially, I was impressed with the speedy response of the receptionist to offer an appointment for later that day. She explained that her husband would be the technician and could service the unit on his way home, since he lived in the same neighborhood. For this reason, and ONLY this reason, I gave them one star. As scheduled, the technician arrived and stayed about 30 minutes. He found that the unit's battery (35/5) was dead and replaced it. I was charged the $69 diagnostic fee, which is fair, but then I was also charged $116 for a part that, by his own admission, cost him $15. (I found the same part online from $7 - $9- but... whatever). His fees are excessive and when I tried to discuss the matter, the technician/owner(?) was unapologetic and would NOT waiver on his ridiculous pricing. In short, I would NOT use Comfort Crew again, and recommend that you look elsewhere for better service and pricing.
