WARNING: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This is an awful place to live. I've been living here about for months and have learned how terrible of a place this is. Since I've been living here my bills have been piling up and I can't seem to keep my head above water. There are so many hidden fees that don’t become apparent until you've sign the lease and moved in. They charge you for everything; extremely high fees are assessed on your gas, water and electric. This property is not being properly managed. The management team does not work as team. They don't correspond; issues and resolutions with each other to keep tenants comfortable, worry free as much as possible and safe. The manager here is unreasonable, unwilling to correct her errors. The washer machine and dryers that they provide in the apartments do not work properly causing your bill to run up. The plumbing leaks, overflows, and runs slowly. Water charges are an estimate and not according to your actual usage. Management does not post your payments in a timely fashion that causes you to incur late fees that they expect you to pay. People are constantly being evicted. Children are out late at night arguing and fighting constantly. DO NOT MOVE HERE! You will live to regret it. It looks good on the outside looking in but once moved in you will find out how terrible everything is around here.
