Don't use the dropship service. They don't give refunds. I only had my account 3 days and decided it wasn't a good choice I rather do wholesale. I asked if I could reinstate my account seeing it hasn't been 30 days and I can'tget refund. I was told I would have to pay sign up fee and first month again. Its a rip off they don't work with you or value you as a paying customer. It still hasn't been 30 day and I just got fucked out of 132.50 for absolutely nothing. I've disputed this ghetto fraudulent company with my bank.

Their shipping is subpar and misleading. I placed an order nine days ago and have yet to receive a tracking number. I've emailed them directly and was responded to with this :

I'm not understanding the process here? they hold my order for six days and i'm supposed to expect it to arrive tomorrow without any tracking number? mind you, there are no other shipping option on their site, so you'd assume it was express.

Be weary of them and don't expect to get your tracking information the next day, no! you'll have to wait on it because someone is taking their slow sweet time with your hard earned money.

UPDATE: BOSS XTEND HAS DECIDED TO TRY AND SCREW ME OVER BECAUSE I POSTED A YELP REVIEW ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. THEY HAVE DECIDED NOT TO SERVICE ME AND ARE NOW HOLDING MY MONEY THAT I PAID THROUGH PAYPAL FOR 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. THEY CALL MY FREEDOM OF SPEECH TO REVIEW THEIR COMPANY ON YELP "egregious conduct" BUT ITS PERFECTLY OK TO HOLD SOMEONE'S ORDER FOR TWO WEEKS AND CANCEL ON THEM AND HOLD THEIR REFUND FOR 7-10 KNOWINGLY INCONVENIENCING THEM.

APPARENTLY THAT IS THE WAY YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE TREATED WHEN A COMPANY IS RAN BY EMOTION AND CATTINESS
