This place is just awful. I arrived with my daughter 20 minutes before her appointment time to make sure I had enough time to complete the new patient paperwork. My daughter's appointment time came and went while we sat in an overcrowded, cramped waiting room - and when I say overcrowded I mean standing room only! They finally called us back... but only to collect my co-pay and then we were sent back to the waiting room to wait, again. After an hour I had had enough and demanded that my co-pay be refunded and we left. It felt like I was waiting to see a doctor at a free clinic, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. If the staff can't manage an appoinment book, I surely do not want them to handle my medical care. My time is as valuable as anyone else's, and I do not appreciate it being wasted.
