Bad experience here. Ordered food over the phone from a young lady who was obviously new. She was very polite, but didn't know how to do her job. Still, I'm good with people learning.

About 15 minutes later, she calls me back to tell me Jimmy John's doesn't deliver to my location. I'm literally 3 minutes away. When I asked if she was certain, she told me that I could drive in and pick up my order since I paid for it and "there was nothing else they could do."

When I questioned this, she put me on the phone with the manager in shift. He was aggressively rude and hung up on me twice when I asked for his name and regional manager's number. I finally got the reaguonal manager's number in my third call.



This the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I worry that this aggressively hostile young man has my name, phone number, and address. He claimed that this information was not available to him after he cancelled my order. This is likely incorrect.

Beware of Jimmy John's on Eagles Landing Parkway!

I spoke to the district manager to get my concerns on the record in case of retribution from this aggressive young manager. I fear for my safety.
