There are several Los Toribio mexican restaurants in the area and all I have eaten at are consistently good. The Hudson B ridge location is nearest to me and my choice for mexican food. You must try the super quesadilla. Grilled shrimp, steak and chicken in a delicious, cheesy sauce, cover a large cheese and refried bean quesadilla. Yum, yum. The chicken tacos are great and the guacamole is creamy and well seasoned. The decor is colorful and clean and the servers are friendly and polite. I have taken several friends and family members and they were all pleased.
