POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES !! Extremely slow and lack experience. Went to verify my account details. It took f2 hrs of waiting in a tight sittitng area. Once I spoke to account rep - she indicated to me the information i used was not permitted to verify my identity/ when it fact it was on the list submitted by Navy. Tenika said she would submit it . Two days later I went online I was locked out. Call Navy Federal Main call center. She never uploaded the documents. I wasted 2 hrs and had to repeat the process over at a more organized branch with experience personnel.

Navy Federal has so many free services for it's customers..I have no idea what trackercat is talking about. The location has great customer service..I have been with Navy Federal for 10 years and the only issue I have with them is they don't have enough locations.

Poor customer service, they charge you for anything they can. Even charged me for checks that were suppose to be free. There are lots of places to bank, you would be wise to choose elsewhere. Not what they claim to be.
