Dear Piccadilly Corporation:

My name is Ms. Williams. I am writing to commend Ms. Lorraine Rogers, for her Outstanding Customer Service to the Residents of Banks Drive.

I oversee the Neighborhood Watch Program in my neighborhood and we recently started one on 11/17/16.

Ms. Rodgers, Associate General Manager was instrumental in providing an excellent dining area for us, full service assistant to help our elderly guest and outstanding food selections for our meeting.

We have ordered her a "Special Personalized Trophy" for her above and beyond dedicated and superior customer service to our organization!

We are so pleased and will hold regular meetings at the 138 Piccadilly location in the future and tell all our family and friends to do the same!
