Excellent Loc Service by Ms Dee. The staff all have great spirits and attitudes and are very professional and friendly. They do it all: locs weaves braids and natural styles. I Would highly recommend!

so sorry you didn't like the hair. I would have been ok with replacing it. it is possible to get a bad batch. I am glad to know you liked the install. we strive to make sure that our customers have a great experience and we try to correct any problems if you are not satisfied. I have since changed venders and have been getting great results with the hair.

Do not be tricked into using their hair! Bring your own hair. The hair they provide is shinny, stiff and overpriced for the quality. When I asked what kind of hair it was all they said was "its Brazilian." It was a dumb mistake on my part not to inquire further. I was rushing and wanted to skip the trip to the hair store. Now I regret it. The install itself was beat and flat but the horrible hair just overshadows everything.
