Mark arrived quicker than anticipated to repair our air conditioner. We truly appreciated his ability to "work us in" with his busy schedule since the heat was sweltering. Mark is proficient, timely, and VERY reasonably priced. And, to top it off, he has a great sense of humor! This was our first time using Reynaud, but we'll be using him for all future heating and air conditioning needs. A pleasure to deal with!

I just had a great experience with Reynaud. The technician arrived on time and did not try to tell me I needed some expensive repair. I am truly pleased with this service. I would recommend them highly.

We have been dealing with Mr. Reynaud for 14 years. He has always been personable and very professional. He explains everything well and does exactly the job at hand without any surprise addition to the work. It has been a pleasure to have him service our home.

Our heat went out on us about a week ago. We called another company to come out and assess the problem. Turns out, we had a LIST of things needing to be done for a LOT of money. Husband decided to contact someone else for a second opinion....that was the best thing we could've done! Mark told us exactly what was going on, offered truthful and honest directives as to how our problem could be resolved, saving us more than 800.00 based on what the OTHER company had quoted us for. I, more than anything, appreciated his honesty and genuineness in assisting us with this problem for a very REASONABLE amount of money. You get the feeling that he's not out there to take you for unneccessary products or services. Our future heating issues wil definitely include Mark and his expertise in HVAC! He is a great choice for HVAC issues if you have them!

My husband and I have been using Mark's services for over 15 years, I can't even remember the first time we called him but I know it was before my youngest in 2000. He has always given us reliable and straight up info about our issues and we have had him service both our AC and our furnace. He has recently replaced our entire heat and AC units (old house needed upgrade) and we couldn't be happier with them. Once he was very busy (because he's so good) and I made the mistake of calling someone else in who could come right away - BIG MISTAKE! Not only did the other guy overcharge me, he didn't even fix the problem! So Mark to the rescue, he came and fixed it. I will never call anyone again! Mark always has my business!

Reynaud HVAC has been keeping us cool for 19 years and we have never been disappointed. Mark always provides exceptional service we can trust with honesty, dependability, & affordable prices. Mark knows his business and he knows his customers. Mark has been telling us our ancient unit was on its last leg for some time now and it finally bit the dust this week. We didn't hesitate to choose his personalized recommendation on a new unit for us and it was installed promptly and is operating beautifully. We couldn't be happier with our decision - which is that we called Reynaud HVAC so many years ago. Mark...you are my hero! :)

Reynaud Heating and Air is very possibily the best in the Metro Atlanta area. I have done business with them for almost 20 years and they are beyond any doubt the most honest and professional. When Mr. Reynaud tells you he will do something he stands by his word. He has installed a furnance for us years ago as well as a central AC unit and done the service on them. He is great.

Mark Reynaud has been servicing our two HVAC units for over ten years. He is always prompt, professional, and VERY reasonable. He does not try to sell unneccessary services or products, and he takes time to explain what the issue is and offer options if there are any. He is a genuinely nice guy, and has earned our trust, which is not easy :-) We highly recommend him!

He arrived at my house, and had diagnosed what was wrong with my furnace within 15 minutes. The first ten minutes we were just talking. The problem was diagnosed, and fixed in under 30 minutes. Honest, fast, and efficient service. He also took the time to explain what wrong. That hasn't always happened in my experience with repairmen. I highly recommend Reynaud's Heating and Air Conditiong.
