David Grace at grace management was called and talked to in order to get things fixed in a neighborhood that they manage. Not only was he rude and disrespectful David clamed that neither company has anything to do with the problems www.hoabutler.com or www.grace-management.com . There are several problems in our neighborhood and we pay these guys to take care of things and they do not. Some of our problems consist of high grass and homes being vandalized and left messed up. Also we have problems with our pool being used by people that don’t live in the neighborhood and also problems with people getting there pool keys so they can get in. This company is a joke and we as home owners plain to do whatever it takes to remove this company form our neighborhood.
