I have been to this 7-11 several times, and have been disappointed each time. I typically order the taquitos they have, but each time I have, there was an issue. More than once, they gave me the wrong one, which I did not notice until after I left and ate them. They are often not warm enough, and the employees don't seem to know the difference between them. Last time I was there, the credit card machine was not working for the customer in front of me. Instead of trying to figure out the issue, the cashier kept insisting the customer was sliding his card wrong, which he was not. Finally the cashier just said "It's not working." The customer left without making a purchase, as did I. The employees have no enthusiasm, move very sluggishly, and seem to be irritated with the customers, as if we are interrupting their day. I also want to mention another time where they advertised a special promotion with a big banner in front of the store. I tried to take advantage of this offer, but they refused. They said the banner is old and they are no longer offering that promotion. So why was the banner still up? Is that not false advertisement? This 7-11 is a disgrace and needs to be investigated by their corporate headquarters.
