Okay, I go to this place a few times to get my oil change cause I have an Acura, anyway I went to this place to get an oil change cause I had a coupon offer from them, when I took and show them the email I got, they want a print copy even when I have it on my tablet. They didn't honor the coupon which is ridiculous. The message even says print the coupon OR present the email to them, yet they didn't honor it, therefore I left. I told the rep that I will never go to this bad service ever again. They have lost a customer. I will make sure to warn my friends and family not to buy a car here or even do service here. The staff that I dealt with was rude. Don't go to this greedy and bad service for whatever reason. .

These people look at us like we didn't have money to buy a car but we did and you know I wanted an acura so much but for them to not even Tryna help I didn't even bother trying to ask them they are so RUDE

I live in modesto but i was going to to be in stockton for the day so i took my car to get a hose fixed that was from a recall. After dropping my car off i got a phone call a few hours later that said my power steering pump with out and it needed to be replaced. They said it was going to be a $1000 dollars to fix. I almost told them go ahead and fix it but i changed my mind last minute. A week later i called Modesto acura to see how much the pump would be so i can have my own auto guy take care of it. What shocked me is Modesto Acura said that Stockton should of fixed it for free becuase the leak from the recall is what made it probably go out. I took my car to Modesto to get my pump replaced at no charge. I than got a phone call from modesto saying that my power steering pump was just fine and didnt need to be replaced. I am so upset because i almost paid 1000 dollars for something that didnt need fixing. SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN ACURA....GO TO MODESTO ACURA ON MCHENRY!

I really like every aspect of this Acura store, from the friendly sales people to the fresh brewed Starbucks machine. If you are thinking about an Acura this is the place to start!

This automotive dealer is great!! The service department is the best that I have ever experienced. They are very customer focused.
