We arrived on time for our cake tasting appointment - but no one was there. It was even confirmed twice, once by email and they called me the day before to confirm I was coming! If only the decided to come too.



We stood around 15 minutes before we left.



We tried knocking on the door, calling .. nothing.



We left a message, but no one has even bothered to call us back to let us know why they didn't come to the appointment.



Very bad business practices and very unprofessional.. beware.
