I could not believe the incredibly terrible customer service this reality office displayed! The woman that spoke to my husband and I was not receptive to our concerns for thier property, or the tenants that live in one of their homes. I am a neighbor to one of thier rentals in Stockton, and upon expressing my concerns with the woman in the office (as i assumed that as property managers they would also find these issues a concern) she literally asked me "what she should do about it". I restated my intentions of the visit, and asked about their pet policy, as she relied "what do you think our pet policy should be?" I was floored. I could not be more disappointed with who they allow to live in this particular rental, but also with their lack of concern with how their property is treated. It I could give this realitor a (-5 stars) I would! Very unporfessional!
