We love our home and neighborhood. Safe and quiet location. Our place is clean and it's been updated. We have a wonderful backyard for our dog. Very happy with the manager. Anytime we need something fixed with our place, the maintenance team gets it done quickly. Nice place to live :)

We've really enjoyed living here for the past 6+ years. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our unit has been updated with floors, windows, tile, and bathrooms. The manager and her maintenance team have been great and very responsive to our needs. I know for a fact the management team makes sure all tenants follow the rules which is a good thing. Those who continue to break the lease rules will be legally evicted which is great so it gets rid of trashy tenants.

The manager quickly addresses problems caused by other inconsiderate residents who incorrectly park their cars, leave their trash cans left unattended, disturbances, etc. so it makes it a nice neighborhood. I'm very happy the manager addresses these issues, especially with those tenants who can't follow the rules.

The staff really go out of their way to make this a great place to live for our family. Love this place :)

The manager will be very nice at first to get you to move in and talk you into a double deposit. Then she will total flip her script and HARASS you over every minute thing. When it's important to her she will email, write notices, show up to your door with demands. But if you need something fixed it will happen on her timem She will cuss vulgarities at residents and speak to them with complete disregard to the fact she is supposed to be acting in a professional manor. I loved the place when we moved in, after a year of TREATS by the property manager I will not be staying once my lease is up shortly and I WILL NOT recommend this complex to anyone. In fact I wI'll try my hardest to prevent this from happening to ANYONE! This lady needs to be fired and charged with harassment!!!!!!!!
