EDDIE's PIZZA manager on Benjamin Holt location harasses, threatens and becomes VIOLENT.

Monday, November 10, 2014 on around 8:36 p.m., entered Eddie’s Pizza store for dinner with my family. The store is located on 3201 Benjamin Holt Drive, Stockton, CA 95219 close to Marina Market. Presented a coupon where you could buy a Gourmet Pizza at regular price and get one large pizza with one topping free.

The moment coupon was presented the store manager JON, an Asian (probably Vietnamese?) with tattoos on his arms rudely said we are closed since we are out of dough. I informed the manager that I called in the afternoon and was told that store closes at 9:30 p.m. and store takes its last order at 8:45 p.m. The store manager rudely started to raise his voice while other customer were present and their were children present too. Long story short when we left store manager came out and attempted attack me physically, harassed and threaten with violence. Other, two or three employees held the manager outside the store so he cannot attack me. I felt that this treatment by Eddies’ pizza is threatening, violent and plain simple wrong. I will never go and take my family to Eddie’s pizza again where customer service is not only horrible BUT threatening and VIOLENT.

My family and I had wonderful service by their really attentive staff. The Pizzas along with appetizers were very delicious and the atmosphere was very family friendly. The restaurant was also very clean. I would Definitely recommend Eddie's Pizza to everyone I know.
