Me being out of state I contacted Scott, he was upfront about the process and got my info he gave me a chance and worked with me on payment. Scott is a wonderful, straightforward, and knowledgeable DUI Attorney. He did an outstanding job representing me. On one offense, he got my DUI reduced to a lesser charge of Wet and Reckless even though I had a BAC more than 3 times the legal limit. My fine was reduced significantly and I received no jail time.
On a second offense, I also received no jail time and only 48hrs of community service, which I found amazing.
He also represented me through all the distasteful DMV Hearings which was incredibly helpful.
I would highly recommend his expertise!

My son had a DUI conviction and was sentenced to have a ignition interlock device installed in his car for 12 months by court order . When the time was up he received a license but DMV said he had to keep the interlock device for another year. Well that passed and the company that installed it LifeSaver refused to take it out. He called DMV Mandatory Actions and the said he would loose his license if he didn't leave it in for another year it would be 3 years that he had been paying for this thing. This went on for about six months, Then we called Scott Ennis as we had worked with him before and he knew a lot about DUI courts and the way things work. He made some calls and found out what the problem was, it had to due with software updates the court and DMV had not done , within a couple of hours he had the problem solved. Scott is an amazing attorney who truly cares about his clients and who will fight for you. I was wrongly charged with a second offense DUI but Scott worked his tail off to fix that. He went to bat for me with the dmv and was able to have them not take my licence, not impose any restrictions upon it. He fought in court for me and was able to reduce my charges from a second offense DUI to a disturbing the peace infraction. Scott Ennis has to be the best attorney that I have ever worked with. I owned a business and had the worst business partner ever and he took care of everything for me I never had to deal with her or see her. Scott Ennis is a very good DUI attorney. He was upfront, honest and didn't try to give me useless hope that everything would be fine. He was able to work with the DA and judge to reduce my charges. He isn't going to sugarcoat your charges to you...he will tell you exactly what "could happen" and then what he is going to shoot for. The comments that have been written about him are WRONG. Sp, if you are looking for an attorney that will do everything he can....Scott is the one you want.

Scott Ennis is only good to expedite and speed up the court process.If you truly want a lawyer to fight your case.Then please look elsewhere.He will act like hes got a couple of ideas to bring up to the DA.but from my experience and money he doesn't want to fight for you.Just corral you through the process,He just wants the case done.If he did ever had any fight in him it left his mind in the late 90s.Now hes just part of the DUI scam game.Be aware!
