I've been waxed several times here and it's always been fine until my last experience. The waxer ripped skin along with hair and was so fast i didn't know what hit me. I had to seek medical attention afterwards. When i spoke to the lady on the phone about it all she said was "call us If you want to reschedule". Won't be going back here anymore.

Maria did a fantastic job on my brazilian, face and eyebrows especially!!! Best wax I ever had!

My experience at the European wax center was great. I had a wonderful wax lady her name is cristin c. She made me feel relaxed and did an amazing job on my legs and eyebrows. I will definitely be going back.

Ok, so I've definitely been waxed before. I've experienced hard & soft wax. I think a wax experience is based on your wax persons knowledge & techniques. The young girl that waxed me was Kenya. She told me what I was doibg wrong and what I should be doing. There's so much I didn't know & so many things I was doing wrong. Can't wait for my next appointment. I'm so glad this place is here in Stockton.
