I recently Tried to return a gift that I got on Christmas to this store, was not greeted as I walked in the door, the employee stayed on the phone the entire time and as I stated in the title there was No personality, customer service or common sense available at this store. Finally when I got her attention she told me that she could not help me at all with my return and I had to come back in 3 days so the stores owner could do the return. It was completely unprofessional from the moment I stepped into this shop and do not suggest purchasing any type of gift from this sad excuse of a gift shop. It was not worth my drive but I will be back to deal with this problem
