Very slow, and hard to get a response. There shipments do not come with return labels so if you want to return something it's like pulling teeth! You get no response. I was double charged for a order and sent 2 packages causing an over draft charge for now nearly a week. I asked for a return label and and have yet to receive any response. Upon calling iam told "oh by tomorrow" call again the next day "oh by tomorrow" very frustrating!
