Kimberly Fobbs McClendon reviewed Garfolo Craig Dpm I called to schedule an appointment for a disabled adult who is unable to do it himself.....I was treated rather rudely by the staff lady who answers the phone.I gave my name twice....when I asked whom am I speaking to I was hung up on.I called back thinking it was a mistake but no.....very rude.I deal with A LOT of doctors and hospitals and never have I had issues like this woman gave me.I called the referring doctor and let them know how I was treated and I will never take a patient to them or refer anyone!!!! Yes one person can ruin things.......I will also let all agencies I'm affiliated with know how rude Dr garfolo staff is.I should have read yelp first!!! Terrible review on his staff!!! Someone needs to be reprimanded!!!

I think if you have an emergency that you should not be able to reschedule an appointment. I never steped a foot in this office but I wouldnt recommend to any person that has a busy schedule or lets say a life besides going to see a doctor.
